COURTNEY HARGE
Founder, Lead Consultant
I’m Courtney Harge (she/her), a strategist, problem-solver, and builder of better ways to work. As the Founder and Lead Consultant of CHarge Advisory Hub, I help individuals, nonprofits, social enterprises, and mission-driven businesses design operations that make their work smoother, their impact stronger, and their teams more supported. Because justice-driven work deserves justice-driven systems.
Most recently, I served as the CEO of OF/BY/FOR ALL, helping arts and cultural organizations move beyond performative engagement toward authentic, reciprocal relationships with the communities they serve. I’ve spent 15 years working at places like Fractured Atlas, Gibney Dance, the New York Foundation for the Arts, and Theater for the New City, helping teams move from reactive survival mode to proactive, sustainable success.
My philosophy? Tech should do the tedious work, so people can do the creative, connective, world-changing work.
Through CHarge Advisory Hub, I help leaders clear the noise, build systems that serve them, and reclaim their time and energy for the things that matter.
I hold an MPS in Arts and Cultural Management from Pratt Institute (with Distinction) and a BFA in Theater Performance (with Honors) from the University of Michigan.
